Cancellation policy:
Cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the reserved time.
For appointments canceled during the same day, the company charges 50% of the price of the service.
For non-cancellable appointments, the company charges 100% of the price of the service.

Delays during opening hours by calling the salon directly, unfortunately we are not able to check on e-mail all the time.
Student discount:
From Monday to Friday 10-14 – 10% of the price of the service with the code student10, enter the code in the additional information section when booking and showing student card in the salon.
The reservation must end no later than 2 p.m. in order to be able to take advantage of the discount in question.
The discount does not apply to additional services and hair extensions or hair extension services. Cannot be combined with other possible offers.
Reclamation:
The service is not always successful, no matter how much we hope so, so the warranty period for complaints is different depending on the service. Please note that the complaint and repair must take place within that time. So please contact us immediately if you feel that the service has not been successful according to your wishes.

Nails 7 days.
Lash and brow lift 7 days.
